Terms and Conditions The price given for each book does not include postage and packing. This will be added to each order at a rate dependent on size and destination of order. All books offered are subject to availability. Dram Good Books Ltd cannot guarantee availability of items listed. Any book offered at a discounted or promotional price will be sold at a price less than that printed on the cover. Book may be returned to Dram Good Books within 14 days of receipt from within the EU or 21 days from anywhere else in the world. Books will normally be dispatched by Royal Mail unless the order is sufficiently large that a third party carrier be employed and their terms and conditions will apply. Dram Good Books Ltd will endeavour to send out all orders within two working days of payment of goods, subject to availability. Orders in which customers have requested books personally signed by the author may be subject to a delay depending on the author's availability. Unsigned books should reach the customer within seven working days of order being placed within the EU. However, books sent worldwide are subject to local postal and delivery conditions.
